With the goal of transitioning into a research-oriented university, Incheon National University provides research project funding to research groups affiliated with outstanding research institutes in order to improve large-scale project acquisition records and enhance the qualitative performance of research outcomes. Up to 100 full-time faculty members across 10 research groups share specialized fields to conduct research on a wide variety of topics, thereby realizing broader research scope. Based on these research findings, they continuously apply for and secure diverse project grants—aiming to execute deeper research through a continuous virtuous cycle of research.
