On February 5, 2025, Incheon National University's Graduate School of Logistics (Director Song Sang-hwa) and Acetech (CEO Park Jong-seok), a logistics automation facility company, signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for industry-academic cooperation for logistics automation and smart logistics technology development.

Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to promote various cooperative activities such as ▲ Joint research on logistics automation and artificial intelligence (AI)-based logistics technology ▲ Demonstration of logistics robots and automation facilities and establishment of testbeds ▲ Operation of training and internship programs to cultivate customized human resources ▲ Sharing the latest logistics technology trends and holding seminars.

Incheon National University's Graduate School of Logistics is a leading logistics and SCM specialized training institution in Korea and is training practical talents in the field of global logistics and supply chain management (SCM). Through this agreement, the Graduate School of Logistics plans to strengthen research on logistics automation technology and expand practical training programs based on cooperation with Asetech.

Acetech is a company that develops and supplies advanced logistics automation facilities and is focusing on maximizing the operational efficiency of the logistics center through smart logistics solutions. Through this agreement, Acetech plans to actively develop technologies and nurture human resources that will lead future logistics innovation through collaboration with Incheon National University.

Director Song Sang-hwa said, "This agreement is expected to be an exemplary example of industry-academic cooperation in the field of logistics automation and smart logistics technology. We will promote more innovative research and education programs through cooperation with Acetech."
