Notice for application for Leave of Absence & Return to School of 2025 1st Semester

1. 신청기간: 2025. 1. 27.(월) 10:00 ∼ 2. 7.(금) 17:00

   Application period: Jan. 27, 2025 (Mon) 10:00 ~ Feb. 7, 2025 (Fri) 17:00

2. 신청방법: 포털 로그인 → 통합정보 → 학사행정 → 학적 → 학적변동신청(휴학신청/복학신청)

  How to apply: Portal Login → Intergrated Information → Academic Administration → Academic Records → Student Records Change Mgmt → Leaves/Returning/Univ. withdrawal

3. 휴학 leave of absence

 ○ 휴학기간은 계속하여 2개 학기를 초과할 수 없음(통산하여 5개 학기 초과할 수 없음)

 ※ 입대휴학, 임신/출산/육아휴학, 재난휴학은 기간 삽입 제외

    The term of absence cannot exceed two semesters continuously(Also, it cannot exceed five semesters in total)

 ○ 매학기 신청 및 등록기간내에 휴학신청을 하지 않은 채 등록하지 않은 학생은 미등록 제적됨

     Students who have not applied for a leave of absence and have not registered within the semester and registration period will be expelled

 ○ 학비전액 장학생과 외국인 유학생은 휴학원서 작성하여 종이문서로 대학원에 방문 제출(대학원: 5호관 A동 203호, 휴학원서는 붙임파일 참조)

    Full-scholarship students and foreign students who want to apply for leave of absence, should fill out a leave of absence form(paper document), and submit it to the graduate school office

    (Building 5-A, Room 203, Refer to the attached file.)

   - 내국인: 도서관 담당자 확인 필수

      Koreans: need a confirmation of library

   - 외국인: 도서관과 국제교육지원팀 담당자 확인 필수

     Foreigners: need a confirmation of library, international service center

   ※ 포털 신청 대상자는 포털에서 신청 시 도서관 연체정보 자동 확인

 ○ 신·편입생 첫 학기 휴학 신청자는 상기 신청기간이 아닌 개강일 이후부터 신청 가능(학기초 30일 이내까지 신청 필수)

    Applicants for the first semester of freshmen students can apply after the start of the semester, not during the above application period

    (required to apply within 30 days of the beginning of the semester)

4. 복학 Returning to school

 ○ 매학기 신청 및 등록기간 내에 복학하지 않은 학생은 미복학 제적됨

    Students who do not return to school within the registration or application period of each semester will be expelled from school.

 ○ 외국인 유학생은 복학원서를 작성 및 국제교육지원팀 담당자 확인 후 종이문서로 대학원에 방문 제출(대학원: 5호관 A동 203호, 복학원서는 붙임파일 참조)

    Foreign students who want to apply for return to shcool, should fill out a return to school form(paper document), have it reviewed by the International Student Center staff, and then submit it to the graduate school office. (Building 5-A, Room 203, Refer to the attached file.)

5. 상기 신청기간 이후 휴·복학 신청 Leave of absence and return to school applications after the designated periods

 ○ 휴학 : 학기초 30일 이내까지 휴학 신청 가능

    Leave of Absence: Applications for a leave of absence can be submitted within 30 days from the start of the semester.
